All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Art of War within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

    •    Worn or washed items

    •    Items damaged due to customer handling

    •    Sale items

    •    Limited drops or exclusive releases


 

Shipping Issues

Art of War is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

 


Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details before placing an order.
